New Moon Update.

Little Ashes Clips.

MTV has two exclusive clips of Rob in Little Ashes.

For quite some time now, we've been following "Ashes," a biopic Pattinson shot just before "Twilight" put his face on the bedroom walls of teenagers all over the world. From the Spanish accent to the crazy Dali moustache to the film's homosexual subplot, it certainly doesn't fit the mold of follow-up vehicles most actors seek after a Hollywood breakthrough. But as Pattinson has stated on numerous occasions, he isn't looking to remain a teen heartthrob — and brave choices like "Ashes" are what turns a young actor into a Johnny Depp rather than a Kirk Cameron.

Does Drew have what it takes to direct ECLIPSE?

As any good Twilighter knows, rumors broke recently that her upcoming rollerskating flick “Whip It!” is so good that it has Summit Entertainment contemplating hiring her to direct “Eclipse.” And with that Ellen Page-starring film hitting theaters in October, we wanted to know what important directorial lessons she employed while becoming a filmmaker.

“As a director, I worked scrupulously and endlessly for months and months and months before we started shooting,” Barrymore explained of her “Whip It!” preparation. “And I would get to work at least one to two hours early.”

Talk about dedication! By the looks and sounds of it, Drew Barrymore might have what it takes to make “Eclipse” watchers very happy.

Kristin Spills New Moon

"He becomes like her best friend," Stewart says of the werewolf. "It's really [expletive] sad. Edward probably isn't a very good idea for her. He's not the guy she should actually be with, because it's not very convenient. And then there's this guy who comes in and oooohh. Ummmmm."

Her favourite part of New Moon is the beginning. "Everything is fine. Edward is there. They're chilling. They're together. Everyone's happy. But there's this eerie feeling like he's gonna go. Has anyone broken up with you, and you know that it's coming? It's weeks before and you're like, 'I'm a nutcase, but I swear to God something is wrong.' And then, however many weeks go by, and it happens. It's horrible. It's the worst."

Whos afraid of the big bad WOLVES?

Yes. We FINALLY have our WOLVES.

Rob April Fools Rumour

Late Tuesday night, mere hours before it was officially April Fools' Day, blogs started to report that Robert Pattinson wouldn't appear in "Twilight" sequel "New Moon."

All the sites had different reasons for RPattz's exit from the film. PopSugar reported that he wanted out due to all the fan frenzy surrounding him and that he hoped to stick to smaller films in the future. The blog also said Taylor Lautner would assume the role of Edward Cullen.

"Enraged fans have already started sending costume vampire teeth to Robert as a plea to get him back," the post read. "But it looks like he's sticking to his decision."

Rest easy, Twilighters: RPattz isn't going anywhere.

Rob Finally Starts.

Rob meanwhile shot his first scenes for New Moon yesterday. That’s right. Yesterday. He had not been on set up until that point. He’s been in Vancouver, he’s had some test photos taken, and wardrobe and makeup, and training, and rehearsals, but he had not been on set. Not a single frame was filmed until yesterday. Yesterday he was on set shooting with Kristen Stewart. More of the same throughout the week.

Update from Stephenie.

Stephenie has updated her site, adding this unique Host-themed skateboard to her auction list for this weekend's Save The Book Babe event. She also clears up some of the crazy rumours that have been floating around the internet today!

I suppose I should mention that this is, in spite of the date, not an April Fool's joke. The skateboard will really be at the event this Saturday.

Also, despite some really tasteful Fool's Day pranks on-line, I want to assure you that I am in excellent health, thank you very much. Also, I have no current plans to write any scripts, sequels, or collaborations, nor have I been to any conventions this year.

Have a great week, everybody, and I hope to see many of you this weekend at the Book Babe event!
